📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
• Implement energy-saving measures and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve facility issues promptly.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, maintenance, and expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
