📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and bank deposits
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square or Toast
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
