📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining client records and databases.,Coordinate with the Client Link Service team to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to clients.,Prepare and distribute client communications, including newsletters, reports, and promotional materials.,Assist in organizing and managing client events and meetings.,Support the Client Link Service team in maintaining and updating client relationship management systems.,Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.,Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or client service roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
