📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle all cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and bank deposits
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square or Toast
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
- Valid ID and work permit for Bali
