Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to the management on departmental performance,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Representing the department in company-wide initiatives and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively,Familiarity with HR management principles and practices,Knowledge of relevant software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
