📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and leading the team,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing their tasks effectively,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the team's goals are met,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve performance,Ensure that the team is following all safety protocols and regulations,Attend team meetings and provide updates on team performance,Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members
