📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutor in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and tutors.,Conduct assessments and exams to evaluate student performance.,Organize and manage classroom resources and materials.,Collaborate with other tutors and staff to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and training.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).,Valid teaching certification or license (if required).,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
