Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Reservation Sales professional to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for directly booking and managing reservations for our diverse portfolio of properties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Directly manage and book reservations for our properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.,Proactively market and promote our properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.,Maintain and update property listings on popular online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate and appealing presentations.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, reservations, or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high occupancy rates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proficiency in using reservation systems and online booking platforms.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
