📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all services are performed on time.,Track fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with repair shops as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to ensure safe and efficient driving practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
