📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Drive sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
