📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing daily menus and ensuring food quality.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure all food items are prepared according to food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
