Global Banking is seeking a talented Lead Data Analyst to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data analysis projects, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, and providing insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and tools to support data analysis.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.,Create and present data visualizations and reports to stakeholders, communicating complex data in a clear and concise manner.,Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and implement them as appropriate.,Mentor and train junior data analysts and other team members on data analysis best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling.,Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools and technologies.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with data governance and data privacy regulations is a plus.
