📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and room assignments.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.,Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests from guests and staff, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and record guest information, including arrival and departure times, room preferences, and special requests.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle a variety of guests and situations.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for guest management and record-keeping.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid SIM card and motorbike driving license.
