📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and fulfillment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Lead a team of procurement staff and provide guidance and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
