PT Rahayu Cempaka is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet established standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors to maintain high standards of quality.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance overall quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and outcomes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
