Shine Urban Jaya is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage training budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
