Food Global Jaya is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Staff to join our team. As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.,Perform routine quality checks and inspections.,Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall productivity of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in food production or related field is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.,Valid food handling certificate is a plus.
