📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and evaluate the quality of dental services provided by our team.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Document and report any quality issues or deviations.,Work closely with the dental team to implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control procedures and records.,Provide feedback and training to the dental team to improve quality standards.,Ensure all dental equipment and materials are in good condition and properly maintained.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Dental Assisting, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role in the dental industry.,Strong knowledge of dental standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with dental equipment and materials.,Proficient in using computer and office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
