Nusantara Cement is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Handle cash transactions and process payments.,Assist with the setup and organization of merchandise displays.,Monitor shop security and ensure compliance with store policies.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Assist with the preparation and organization of promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
