📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the IVD market.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products.,Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.,Strong understanding of the IVD market and related regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare market and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
