📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain savings and loan accounts for clients.,Process loan applications, including verifying documentation and assessing creditworthiness.,Monitor account balances and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.,Prepare and submit financial reports and statements to clients and regulatory bodies.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote financial products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in savings and loan administration.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in savings and loan administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts and loans.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
