We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position located in one of Bali's most vibrant areas, offering a unique lifestyle and professional environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a portfolio of clients, providing full set accounting services including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation.,Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.,Prepare and present financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting reports to clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations to provide accurate and compliant services.,Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling accounting services to existing clients.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of accounting processes and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior account executives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting services, preferably in a full set accounting firm.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in managing and developing client relationships in the Bali market is a plus.
