📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's objectives.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.,Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).,Proficient in financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.,Knowledge of risk management and internal controls is a plus.
