Oversee the company's human resources strategy and ensure alignment with business goals,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs,Manage the company's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,5-7 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software,Familiarity with performance management systems and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
