LUNAR Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Outlet Manager to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail outlets and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or consumer goods industry.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
