CV Indah Langit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our store in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and that our customers receive excellent service. You will also be expected to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
  • Monitor store performance, including sales targets, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
