In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to team members as needed,Work with marketing teams to create user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Familiarity with version control systems such as Git,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
