In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution, leading a team of talented cloud architects to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

As the Cloud Architect Team Lead at Elitez Group, you will be responsible for defining the cloud architecture that supports our business objectives, ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and you will mentor and guide your team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of cloud architects in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and career growth.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in cloud architecture and design.
• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cloud architects.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
