📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and terminate fiber optic cables according to industry standards and project specifications.
• Perform fusion splicing and mechanical splicing using specialized equipment such as fusion splicers and cleavers.
• Test and certify fiber optic connections using optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR) and optical power meters.
• Document all work activities and maintain accurate records of fiber optic installations and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure to prevent issues and ensure reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fiber optic technology and apply new knowledge to improve existing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing.
• Certification as a Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in using fiber optic splicing and testing equipment, including fusion splicers, cleavers, and OTDR.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic standards and best practices, such as ANSI/TIA and ITU-T recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow project timelines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
