📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for the bank.
• Structure and negotiate complex financial deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Dealogic to analyze market data and support deal structuring.
• Prepare and present comprehensive deal memorandums and pitch books to clients.
• Monitor deal progress and mitigate risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, with a focus on deal origination and execution.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including capital markets, M&A, and project finance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and regulatory environment.
• Certification in financial modeling or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
