🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation and transformation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation tools and technologies, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar relevant certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
