🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring data analytics teams.
