📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on company vehicles.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle availability.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
