📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital and print platforms, maintaining consistency and brand coherence.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Provide creative input and support to the marketing team in developing compelling campaign concepts.
• Work closely with the creative director to ensure all design projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Brand/Graphic Designer, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a clear understanding of visual branding principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
