📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and creativity.
• Master latte art and other specialty coffee techniques to impress customers.
• Create and present a range of desserts, from classic pastries to innovative creations.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and equipment are used to maintain consistency and standards.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized café environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and dessert preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, drip, and pour-over techniques.
• Proficiency in latte art and other specialty coffee techniques.
• Experience in preparing and presenting a variety of desserts and pastries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
