📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the accounting and tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records using SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Certification in Advanced Accounting or Taxation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
