📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Provide financial advice and assistance to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions using our banking systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking (fresh graduates welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
