As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our projects, including fleet maintenance, crew management, and project scheduling. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic oversight of dredging and maritime projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing fleet performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all vessels are in optimal condition and ready for deployment.
• Manage crew scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring that our team is well-prepared and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the maritime and dredging industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex maritime and dredging projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
