📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain and update general ledger, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with accountants and managers to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
