• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive sales performance through effective promotional strategies and customer engagement.
• Optimize inventory management using tools like SAP and Excel, ensuring stock levels are adequate and turnover is high.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
