DMCI Project Developers is seeking a dedicated Property Turnover Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the handover of luxury real estate properties to clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading real estate developers in the region, contributing to the success of our luxury projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the handover process for luxury real estate properties, ensuring all necessary documentation and keys are provided to clients.,Conduct property inspections to ensure the property is in the expected condition and address any issues before the handover.,Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth property turnover.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all handover activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of turnover procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality.,Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to handover.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property turnover or a related role in the real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate transactions in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with construction and property management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
